Mental Health Peer Specialist Training

Strategic Recovery Solutions is offering Mental Health Peer Specialist training online.  The delivery method will be provided via Zoom technology, chats, polls, whiteboards, and short interactive breakout sessions online. 

Strategic Recovery Solutions engages with interactive training to equip individuals to  learn and practice the skills necessary to offer peer support to people receiving mental health services. Our forty-hour training has 20 different modules that include the core values of Peer Specialists, how to use recovery stories to support other people, and peer support group facilitation. The training is provided by experienced internal staff and part-time trainers, all of whom are current Certified Peer Specialists.

 The Core training must be completed before you apply to the 5-day training.
