Feb 23-27 (Mon-Fri) 5:30PM-9:30PM

Recovery Support Peer Specialist Training is the 46-hour curriculum for peer specialists seeking** specialization in supporting people with problematic substance use and recovery from substance use disorder. This training meets Texas Certification Board, Texas Health and Human Services Commission requirements. This training takes place in the virtual classroom. Learning covers the following domains:

Advocacy (Minimum of 10 education hours required)

Mentoring/Education (Minimum of 10 education hours required)

Recovery Support (Minimum of 10 education hours required)

Ethical Responsibility (Minimum of 16 education hours required)

The cost for the supplemental training is $400
