The Texas Mental Health Peer Specialist (MHPS) Certification is a professional credential designed for people who have overcome mental health challenges, and are interested in working in a peer role.
This is the 2nd training required by individuals seeking to obtain the Mental Health Peer Specialist certification. This 5-day training consists of 48 hours of instruction including instructor-led lessons and self-study.
