I am a Mental Health Peer Specialist (MHPS) and Peer Specialist Supervisor (PSS).  I’m also an Advanced WRAP Facilitator and Intentional Peer Support (IPS) Instructor.  I offer weekly in-person, virtual and over the phone supervision to MHPS and RSPS.  I am passionate about supporting peer support workers in becoming the most competent and confident peer specialists they can be.  I bring years of experience working in direct care supporting people experiencing mental health crises.  I am also passionate about professional self-care and wellness.  In addition to providing supervision,  I regularly conduct certification trainings for new peer specialists as well as training on topics such as Ethics, Telling Your Recovery Story, and Facilitating Peer Support Groups. I am available for supervision after 5 pm Monday-Thursday and can offer flexible weekend hours for supervision if necessary.
