Welcome to the Orientation and Self-Assessment for Texas Peer Specialists. Completion of this course is required for all individuals seeking a Peer Specialist or Certified Family Partner Certification.

In this brief training, you will learn about the basics of peer support, review the certification process, and complete short readiness assessments to ensure that you are eligible and prepared to obtain a peer certification.

At the end of this course, you will be able to download a letter of completion allowing you to enroll in Peer Specialist Core training with a Certified Training Entity.
